Firstly, on behalf of the FRVSGC Committee I would like to wish all of our members and their families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
2024 is going to be an exciting year for our club with many enhancements being implemented for the benefit of our members.
As conveyed to you all in previous correspondence FRVSGC are moving to a new tee time booking system, OneGolf for our 16 rounds in 2024.
OneGolf is a full automated golf management solution with an online time sheet system, competition management module and much more.
Current financial members have been given a username and password and will be able to book online by logging into the OneGolf website. They will then be able to book a tee time for 1,2,3 or 4 players.

Your Username will be your complete golflink number and your password is the Day & Month of your Date of Birth (for example 0505 – 5thof May). If your D.O.B. does not work (due to that we don’t have it on file) your username will be 0101. If you are still having problems you can click on the Forgotten Password button. You can reset your password using the below instructions.
Once you are on the OneGolf website their are links on how to book and use the website. It is very simple to use.
Tee times will open 2 weeks prior to round. Bookings will be locked approximately 4 days before game day. Therefore, if you wish to cancel or add your name to the time sheet you will need to phone either myself on 0408599886 or Serge Abreu on 0402773459. The closing time of each round will be indicated on the top of the booking sheet.
In recent years golf clubs have been moving away from printing cards or are charging us extra to do so. To this end, FRVSGC will be using the MiScore scoring app in conjunction with OneGolf booking system from 2024 onwards. FRVSGC are encouraging all members to purchase the MiScore app
MiScore is a digital scoring app that can be used for competition or social scoring at registered venues that use MiClub/OneGolf golf management software. The app is extremely easy to use and comes with helpful features like automatic score calculation, a GPS distance measurement tool, and round timer for managing pace of play. Golf club members using MiScore for competition scoring can view live leaderboards and player statistics in-app. Members will need to purchase the app from Google Playstore or Apple Appstore. Cost is $19.49 for a 12 month subscription and gives you access to courses all over the country.
The MiScore app will not only make your ability to score easier and in real time but will make our job quicker in getting out results, creating reports on the day and inputting scores onto your golflink handicap.
